Download Manager is Up

Well the Download Manager is now up, and almost the entire site is now back online. There are ofcourse some files that are NOT UP. These files include mods, and other files that are over 10Mb in size. I will try to get these files up tomorrow as soon as possible. I will also be uploading a new map!
