Downloads Link Updated

Hi Guys. I have updated the below Downloads link. This morning it got me thinking, what is the point of having a downloads link, which directs you to main page of Downloads Central? The fact is that you want to download C&C related stuff and not some civ3 or rise of nations stuff, so I updated the link. So, if u click the downloads link now, u will taken straight to Command & Conquer downloads page rather than our Main Downloads index. I hope this little tweak is useful for you guys!
